GTM Enablement Manager, Orum

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement, sales leadership, or GTM operations
• Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable impact on sales performance
• Strong sales credibility with prior quota-carrying experience
• Deep expertise in structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC strongly preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, forecasting, and margin insights
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

• We are seeking an experienced GTM Enablement Leader to design, build, and execute a world-class enablement function that empowers Orum’s revenue teams—Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management—to achieve peak performance
• This role blends enablement strategy, sales methodology, and pricing discipline to drive productivity, enforce consistent execution, and protect margins
• The Enablement Leader will roll out Orum’s unified MEDDPICC methodology, build onboarding and role-based training programs, establish accountability systems for frontline managers, and reinforce structured pricing and deal review processes
• This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role requiring strong sales credibility, strategic vision, and the ability to operationalize leadership strategy across the GTM organization
• Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy that drives productivity across SDRs, AEs, CSMs, and AMs
• Build and deliver a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding program for new hires, incorporating experiential learning to maximize retention and application
• Drive adoption of a unified MEDDPICC-based methodology across all revenue functions and leadership levels
• Design and deliver role-based curricula for reps, overlays, and frontline managers, reinforced through skills assessments and coaching
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure training reflects Orum’s value proposition and messaging
• Enable outbound prospecting motions across SDRs, AEs, and AMs, while reinforcing whitespace and pursuit strategies for account managers
• Roll out and reinforce CSM playbooks, ensuring consistent execution of lifecycle plays (onboarding → adoption → growth → renewal)
• Own Orum’s conversational intelligence program, curating training libraries, call recordings, and best practices to support ongoing enablement
• Drive adoption and effective use of GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, Planhat), embedding usage into daily workflows and ensuring strong data hygiene
• Partner with frontline managers and RevOps to embed coaching, accountability, and systems alignment into GTM execution
