Creative Content Specialist, yourcampus

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a copywriter and/or social media marketing
• You’re available for 32 to 40 hours a week
• You have a background in marketing, communication, or languages
• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently
• You have a proven way with words that can persuade and excite our clients – and put them into action
• You have a know-how of what’s effective from a marketing perspective
• You’re able to manage your own deadlines and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• You have a proactive approach, as you’ll be working in a fast-paced creative environment
• You’re a self-starter and have no problem asking for all the information that you need to get the right content out
• Someone with a high level of attention to detail
• Native Dutch language skills

Desirable

• You write. Various monthly newsletters, (SEO) blog posts, landing pages, customer cases, invites for webinars and events, in-app communication, whitepapers, and (benchmark) reports. And that doesn’t even cover all of it
• You’re social. You can blend visual storytelling with data-driven strategies to craft engaging campaigns and content for Linkedin, Instagram, Email marketing and website
• You work on various projects every month: a campaign about a new feature, copy for our new website, and copy that presents us as a thought leader of employee benefits
• You’re key in making our online presence stand out, thanks to your way with words
• You are part of the marketing team, but you also get to support the Engagement team and Customer Success, writing copy for bucket list campaigns to the Christmas card that our CS team sends out
• You are responsible for safeguarding our tone of voice across different channels (newsletter, social, events, in-app)
• You have a hand in our website and will be responsible for SEO research and making an impact on our website
• You’re aware of what’s brewing within marketing and the HR market
