Who you are
- +5 years experience in growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- You’re naturally outcomes driven, analytical and customer first

- Proven track record of advocating for and implementing demand generation strategies that have a measurable impact on early and late stage sales pipeline

- You know the growth marketing technology landscape - expertise in Hubspot, Salesforce, GA4
What the job involves
- The Senior Manager, Demand Generation will collaborate across marketing and sales to design and execute our global revenue marketing motion - both inbound and outbound - to drive new business and expansion opportunities in support of the company’s revenue goals
- We’re looking for a creative, tech-forward leader who thrives wearing many hats, loves digging into data, and is a true partner to our sales organization
- Design and execute on all pipeline development programs and account based marketing campaigns including web, email, paid advertising, webinars, events, etc. Your campaign process spans strategy, creative concepts, planning, execution and SDR enablement and reporting
- Instill campaign excellence: Lead the team to create, and optimize campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Design team members
- Reliably forecast and report on our planned and actual pipeline creation, maturation and pacing to goal. Measure and report on the effectiveness of demand creation activities, opportunity conversions and sales cycle lengths
- Using data and feedback, iterate often to optimize your campaigns to maximize demand program effectiveness and overall revenue attainment
- Closely manage the demand generation budget and report on channel performance
- Work closely with the web development & creative team to optimize for web conversion and performance
- Be an audience expert: build a strong understanding of our audience of L&D professionals
- Manage people and vendor relationships to achieve excellent outcomes
- Love for innovation, AI-adoption, and chasing growth in creative ways
Our take
Leadership training in the workplace is essential to drive successful workforces, but training packages are often generic, formulaic and unengaging. It's also a lucrative but broken space. The professional development industry is sized at over $30 billion annually in the United States, yet on average, trainees forget 70 percent of what they are taught within 24 hours.
Hone provides bespoke managerial training and leadership workshops that focus on modern content, live online classes and expert facilitators. They're the first ever large-scale platform for synchronous, online instructor-led training programs. The aim of this approach is to result in high impact learning that trains staff in developing flexible yet solidified soft skills. Training progress is measured in order to gain success insights through attendance tracking, feedback and real-time impact measurement.
E-learning structures are nothing new to the senior training landscape, but Hone is standing out by identifying the pitfalls of existing training curriculums and aiming to provide a more modern and dynamic alternative. Training is generally provided as bespoke and fixed-term courses, but employee memberships for flexible learning pathways are also offered.
