Who you are
- The ideal candidate is eager to learn and interested in gaining exposure to all aspects of the recruiting process – from sourcing to full-cycle recruiting, operations, and candidate experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
- Keen attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new technologies (ex: Greenhouse, CodeSignal, ModernLoop)
- English proficiency/fluency, both written and speaking (note: interviews will be conducted in English)

- You will join our team of Candidate Experience Coordinators who own, manage, and elevate candidate experience at Brex
- You are passionate about offering support to your internal stakeholders - which includes recruiters, sourcers, interviewers, and hiring managers - and will serve as the main point of contact for candidates, all while keeping quality top of mind
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage interviews across multiple time zones in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout their interview process, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Prioritize daily tasks while maintaining responsiveness with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and team members
- Proactively identify process gaps and spearhead projects to improve the coordination function
- Build trust with your internal stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving
