Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced startup
- Experience working with search, AI-driven products, and large-scale data systems is a plus
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to define requirements and ship features

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the development of key products across our B2B SaaS recruiting platform for enterprise healthcare customers
- You’ll lead the evolution of our sourcing, sequencing, and AI-driven tools for recruiters, as well as our iOS and Android apps for candidates
- This role requires strong prioritization, execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- You’ll define product strategy, gather insights, and deliver impactful features that streamline hiring and job discovery in healthcare
- Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning priorities with company goals
- Work closely with engineers and designers to develop, launch, and iterate on features
- Analyze user behavior and data to drive decisions and optimize product performance
- Gather customer insights from recruiters and healthcare professionals to refine the user experience
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product adoption and engagement
- Monitor key metrics, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies to improve performance
- Drive execution in a fast-moving environment, making trade-offs while keeping high-impact priorities in focus

Sourcing candidates, creating online job board listings, analyzing workforce gaps, and communicating with applicants all require a lot of manual and repetitive admin, showing demand for a modernized, streamlined, and automatable recruitment process.
Betterleap provides an all-in-one recruitment platform for businesses, helping them to identify gaps in employment through analytics, automate job listings, and engage with prospective employees. The platform integrates directly into existing recruitment platforms such as Ashby and Greenhouse, helping to augment the workflows of recruiters without having to renew infrastructure.
Whilst the company will face challenges from other HR platforms, Betterleap has recognized that existing solutions are often fragmented in functionality, creating an alternative solution that provides an all-in-one suite of recruitment tools. It is backed by leading venture capital firms, securing a Seed funding round that will be used to grow its team, invest in R&D and expand its go-to-market strategy.
