- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/ or HubSpot (or other CRM tools)
- Salesforce certified a plus
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, sales processes, and deal structuring
- Experience with pricing approvals, governance is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel & Tableau for reporting and analysis

What the job involves
- We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Revenue Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- This is a hybrid role blending Revenue Operations, Sales Support, and Deal Management, perfect for someone who loves to structure, build and optimize for a new Go-To-Market function
- Optimize and manage Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate data and insightful reporting
- Supercharge sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue tracking to support data-driven decisions. Assist in sales planning, maintaining key operational processes
- Enhance sales planning & operational efficiency, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing
- Oversee deal desk operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deals
- Assist sales teams with deal structuring, pricing approvals, and contract compliance
- Work with leadership to enforce governance, approvals, and policy adherence
- Support annual planning and sales compensation administration
- This role is about creating and defining the foundation of Revenue Operations at Dalet, not just optimizing existing structures
Our take
As the digital revolution changes the way people consume and engage with media, it's critical for producers to adapt, taking advantage of new technologies and the possibilities of the data they are receiving from their customers. Founded in 1990, Dalet is a media technology provider which provides a suite of tools for recording, presenting, producing, distributing and maximising engagement with media of all types.
While media production was in the past carried out in house, the scope of expertise required for digital channels now far exceeds the capabilities of even the biggest producers. For instances, Serie A, the top Italian football league, found partnering with Dalet to be a significant technological improvement, greatly increasing its production values while reducing its workload through workflow automation. Dalet's products and services are similarly benefiting a range of enormous firms, including Fox, the BBC, Mediacorp and France TV.
In 2019, Dalet acquired Ooyala's Flex media platform, giving it access to new verticals in digital media distribution. It has since developed this into a collaborative media platform, allowing teams to coordinate on metadata management, which is vital for getting eyes on in the digital space. Going forward, Dalet will continue to develop new capabilities and make strategic acquisitions and partnerships to provide its customers with the services they need to stay competitive in a changing digital landscape.
