What the job involves
- The Associate Technical Project Manager will provide oversight and facilitation to Engineering projects/scrum teams to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget
- The role will resolve challenges that arise in project teams by offering expertise, identifying resources, and facilitating discussions
- Associate Technical Project Managers will effectively lead existing scrum or project teams, with support and guidance from seasoned project managers (s) or management
- The role will educate team members on agile processes with assistance
- Expected to use JIRA to support teams, including report generation with assistance
- Associate Technical Project Managers will gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications
- Responsible for serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments and Sr. role to ensure that all targets and requirements are met
- Expected to keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results
