Who you are
- You are a passionate and well-organized sales development representative with experience in selling enterprise software (SaaS)
- You are excited about the product you are representing and have the grit and tenacity required while succeeding in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in demand gen or cold call sales in enterprise software, SaaS or logistics
- Competitive nature - should be eager to learn and win
- Direct experience with Salesforce.com and SalesLoft a plus
- Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Positive and energetic phone skills, and excellent listening skills
- Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative at project44, you will be responsible for inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting moving leads within the European region - with an emphasis on the NAMER region - into and through the sales funnel and setting up sales qualified appointments
- You are held accountable by daily activity and call metrics along with monthly/quarterly quotas
- Evangelize project44 to prospects and qualify them for the sales team
- Respond to requests from inbound leads in a timely manner and conduct qualification calls
- Book qualified meetings with prospects for the sales team
- Collaborate and iterate on inbound emails and messaging
- Target and prioritize prospects within our CRM for re-engagement
- Efficiently use Salesforce to research accounts, identify key contacts and reach out (cold call) to prospective customers

There currently exists a huge amount of pressure on supply chains across almost every industry, resulting in a demand for streamlined solutions. Businesses are attempting to future-proof their supply chains by identifying bottlenecks that lead to logistic breakdowns, but with the market being so volatile, this is difficult to manage.
Project44 provides a digital platform that aims to improve communication between logistics companies, transportation providers, and supply chain systems. The platform consists of a variety of modular API tools that can be employed to produce real-time data and predictive analytics. This helps provide insights into shipment arrival times, supply chain bottlenecks, and opportunities to increase efficiency.
Many startups have released software platforms that aim to prepare companies and their supply chains. However, Project44 has taken a unique approach by presenting a more versatile solution to the volatility of supply chain demands.
