Who you are
- This is a technical role for someone passionate about building resilient, secure, and efficient systems

- Proven experience in DevOps engineering and CI/CD pipeline design
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Maven, and Terraform
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Familiarity with Harness for deployment automation
- Expertise in monitoring and observability tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Kibana
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and infrastructure automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desirable
- Experience with cost optimisation and autoscaling strategies in cloud environments
- Knowledge of security automation and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with performance tuning and advanced deployment strategies

- Lead and Influence Ways of Working - Champion DevOps principles and modern engineering practices across teams, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement

- Infrastructure as Code - Use Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and compliance
