- Expertise: 5-7+ years of progressive experience in an executuve support role, preferably within the SaaS or tech environment

What the job involves
- As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will collaborate, creating cohesion between global teams and driving impactful communication that resonates across continents
- Your role will support the CRO's visionary leadership as we write the next chapter of Nexthink's success story
- Calendar and Meeting Coordination: Maintain a detailed calendar for the CRO, manage scheduling, communicate changes, and handle conflicts and rescheduling
- Team Support: Assist in preparing presentations, coordinating sales meetings, and managing logistical details to align with CRO’s priorities
- Travel & Expense Management: Organize professional travel arrangements. Oversee budget, travel, and expenses
- Confidentiality and Priority Management: Handle sensitive business information carefully and prioritize current and potential needs
- Project and Process Improvement: Attend team meetings, track action items, assist with projects, and recommend enhancements to sales-related processes. Take on additional projects as required, aligned with the CRO’s priorities and sales goals
- Communication: Coordinate with internal sales teams and external stakeholders, prepare agendas, manage distribution lists, and manage meeting minutes
- Collaboration: Collaborate with peers to support sales activities, Finance, IT and Go-To-Market teams
- Executive Interaction: Regular interactions with C-level executives, Sales VPs, and SVPs to align with revenue goals
