Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field
- 2-4 years of professional experience in UX design with a focus on creating intuitive digital products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Solid portfolio showcasing experience in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to translate user needs into elegant design solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow
- A user-first mindset and a passion for creating exceptional experiences
What the job involves
- As a UX Designer, you will be critical in shaping intuitive and user-focused experiences for our platform
- Working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers, you will contribute to all stages of the design process, from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Your designs will help ensure our tools are accessible, engaging, and aligned with user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions that address complex workflows
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
- Gather and analyze user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Use insights from research to inform and iterate on designs
- Translate concepts into detailed UI designs and ensure consistency with the design system
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
- Optimize user flows and navigation for better usability and engagement
- Leverage analytics and user behavior data to refine and enhance experiences
- Maintain and contribute to the evolution of the design system
- Ensure visual and interaction consistency across the platform
