Role
Who you are
- The Strategic Analyst: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Legal Studies (or equivalent experience) and possess the analytical grit to assess financial and contractual risks at a glance
- The SaaS Navigator: You bring proven experience within the SaaS ecosystem, specifically within pricing, finance, operations, or legal support environments
- The CRM Power User: You are highly proficient in Salesforce and a wizard with MS Excel or Google Sheets, using data to drive decisions and organize chaos
- The Multi-Tasking Maestro: You have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent renewals and deals without breaking a sweat
- The Master Communicator: You possess top-tier written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly across different departments and seniority levels
- The Problem Solver: You thrive in ambiguity and can provide clear, defensible guidance to stakeholders even when operating under heavy time pressure

- As our Deal Desk Specialist, you are the strategic engine sitting at the high-stakes intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- You won’t just be processing paperwork; you’ll be the critical enabler of global commerce, transforming complex proposals into winning deals that fuel Docebo’s rapid growth
- This is your chance to sharpen your commercial instincts and have a direct, visible impact on the company’s success in a fast-paced SaaS landscape where no two days—or two deals—are the same
- Master the Workflow: Own the end-to-end Deal Desk lifecycle for North America, ensuring every deal is commercially sound, pinpoint accurate, and fully compliant with Docebo’s high standards
- Guard the Gates: Review complex deal structures and pricing proposals with a keen eye, flagging risks and navigating non-standard terms to protect the business while enabling growth
- Guide the Frontline: Serve as the trusted advisor for our Sales and Account Management teams, providing expert guidance on pricing mechanics and strategic deal structuring
- Bridge the Gaps: Act as the central hub between Legal, Finance, and Operations to swiftly resolve custom requests and navigate the approval pathways for high-impact exceptions
- Standardize Excellence: Apply and refine Docebo’s pricing models across diverse scenarios, ensuring consistency while maintaining the agility needed to win in the market
- Build the Blueprint: Maintain and evolve the playbooks and templates that allow our commercial engine to scale effectively and stay organized
- Iterate and Elevate: Lead the charge on process improvement initiatives, turning deal retrospectives into actionable strategies that reduce friction and accelerate our sales velocity
