Who you are
- 3–5 years in deal strategy, sales operations, management consulting, or similar roles
- Used data to build compelling sales narratives that help AEs close strategic deals
- Experience in crafting presentations and collateral for executive-level audiences
- Proven ability to manage concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Worked in high-growth tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS environments
- A knack for cross-functional orchestration and project management
- A strong interest in emerging product categories and business strategy
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Deal Strategy & Revenue Growth Manager to join our Product Marketing team
- In this role, you'll be a strategic thought partner to our Account Executives, driving the end-to-end deal process to help Chime win high-stakes, competitive opportunities
- You’ll quarterback cross-functional teams, develop compelling sales materials, and play a critical role in shaping how we present Chime’s value to prospective partners
- Partner with AEs to craft strategic narratives and win plans for high-value deals
- Own pre-call planning, stakeholder alignment, and proposal delivery
- Lead cross-functional coordination to meet tight deal timelines and deliverables
- Create high-impact sales presentations and materials using Google Slides
- Write compelling deal memos, RFP responses, and sales collateral
- Support Chime’s go-to-market strategy with insights gathered from the field
- Influence product positioning and feedback loops with GTM and product teams
