• Provide first class support to our customers
• Manage welcome emails and book initial calls
• Confirming attendance for calls booked with customers
• Ensure we have all information required from customers for the marketing we send out for them
• Work with CSM to ensure all work completed accurately and within timeframes
• Book onboarding calls
• Deal with inbound calls and general enquiries
