Role
Who you are
- 1-2+ years’ inside sales experience
- Inside sales experience, in the restaurant industry, preferred
- Open to constructive honesty and constant development
- Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days
- Familiarity with modern AI-copilot and approaches
- Demonstrate continual sales success with SMB level clients in the restaurant industry
- Experience with Salesforce and other AI-forward sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team
- Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success
- Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
What the job involves
- The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Austin, TX, office, primarily focused on winning 1 and 2 location inbound leads
- The successful candidate will be focused on guiding small independent restaurant operators through a buying process, earning new business and establishing the R365 SaaS platform as the top backend restaurant resource in the industry
- Guide restaurant customers with 1 to 2 restaurant locations nationwide through a buying process and sign them to R365 virtually
- Maintain weekly activity and pipeline requirements
- Maintain ARR quota achievement
- Execute a full cycle sales process including prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
- Be coachable and willing to learn
