Who you are

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

What the job involves

As an Account Manager, Renewals Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our customer success strategy, managing renewals, supporting Account Executives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for a targeted book of business

Provide direct administrative support for renewals and service to Account Executives to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Perform routine account servicing tasks for a targeted book of business, including renewal processing, quote generation, SF updates, tracking invoicing, and addressing Back Office tasks
Own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory
Manage the renewal process with customers, including renewal quotes and opportunities, collaborating with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Sales teams to ensure contract accuracy
Ensure all renewals occur on time
Maintain and update Salesforce for the assigned book of business
Communicate with customers or their liaisons to ensure proper processing of designated renewals
Prepare renewal quotations, invoices, and notifications
Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Customer Success
Identify growth opportunities by building strong customer relationships and providing insights that enhance future business outcomes

Although people expect their software to be updated continually, unobtrusively and securely, in practice this isn't often the case. JFrog was founded in 2008 with a mission to change the way companies release software updates, providing an automation-first platform for collaborative DevOps.

While there are other collaborative DevOps platforms in the market, such as Docker Hub, Azure DevOps and Kubernetes, JFrog stands out with its use of REST APIs to automate the development pipeline, and its combination of DevOps and DevSecOps (development security) in a single platform. This has helped JFrog grow a client base of thousands of companies, which includes firms such as Dell, Netflix, Facebook and the majority of the Fortune 100.

JFrog has enjoyed rapid growth throughout the wider slowdown in the tech sector. It has been focusing on its security product since its acquisition of IoT security specialists Vdoo in 2021, and this has culminated in strong sales for its recently-released security product. It will continue to focus on developing its product and is on track to achieve its aim of becoming the de-facto standard for update management.
