Role
Who you are
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Good communication skills - able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- You love problem-solving, troubleshooting, and learning concepts
- You have deep knowledge and experience with WordPress
- Basic understanding of PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. If you know how to write in any of those programming languages, that's even better!
- Familiarity with various types of caching - page caching, Varnish, NGINX, etc is a plus
- Good knowledge of website speed optimization practices is a plus!
- You can relate and empathize with the experiences of non-technical users
- You’re self-motivated and love contributing and collaborating with a team
- You can see the big picture while having an eye for details

What the job involves
- You will join our Support team, we work remotely, and our support teammates live all around the World
- Assisting and solving technical issues in our ticketing system
- Writing documentation
- Finding and reporting bugs
- Providing friendly and professional customer support
