• The Business Operations team at Toast is the critical link between our Sales and Onboarding organizations
• We ensure that when a restaurant joins Toast, they do so with 100% data integrity
• You will verify complex data points, review contracts for accuracy, and manage the technical handoff that allows our Onboarding team to bring the customer live
• Data Verification & Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous audits of new deals, verifying critical business information, ownership structures, and banking details to ensure 100% accuracy
• Contract Integrity: Review signed agreements and follow up on missing documentation or required forms to maintain strict deal compliance
• Cross-Functional Handoff: Utilize Salesforce and internal platforms to transition deals from the Sales cycle into the Onboarding pipeline, ensuring a clean and seamless customer journey
• Month-End Execution: Own the high-volume "sprint" at the end of each sales cycle
• You will manage an influx of deals to ensure all customer contracts are officially processed and booked by the month-end deadline
