Who you are

A Bachelor’s or Master's degree, with a specialization in Marketing
Good writing skills and strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of spreadsheets use as Excel and or google sheet
Fluent in English, French or German are a plus
Self-starter with a hunger to quickly learn and implement marketing campaigns
Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves

6 Month Internship
Reporting to Alexandra Rico, our Marketing Operations Manager
Play a key role in assisting the marketing team in executing and monitoring a variety of programs and campaigns in order to create awareness of our company and solutions, generate leads, and establish Shippeo as the leader in Transportation Real-time visibility in Europe & US
Have the opportunity to develop your project management skills and attention to detail, while helping Shippeo influence and fully engage with our target buyers – supply chain, logistics, transportation management, and IT decision-makers at mid-sized and large enterprises in Europe & US
Some of your responsibilities will include :
Aid in the execution of annual marketing objectives
Assuring the quality of all marketing materials, including emails
Help brainstorm marketing campaigns to appeal to leads at all points of the funnel
You will collaborate with the support team on the establishment of email guidelines, templates, and reporting
You will explore different areas within the Marketing team and pursue further missions in the field of your liking
