- 6-8 years of professional experience in conversion optimization, product management, growth product, growth marketing, or other data-driven field
- Robust CMS experience is required
- Owned and/or implemented a website optimization stack (CMS, A/B testing, Analytics Personalization)
- Proven ability to achieve statistically significant increases in conversion rates on fast-growing, consumer-oriented tech platforms
- Experience with analysis and data tools (SQL, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action

- As a member of Robinhood's Marketing Technology team, you'll play a key role in helping us build and support a world class Marketing Technology stack and team
- Robinhood has historically been an app-first experience for users. As our suite of products evolves, there is a need to invest in optimizing our web-based experience
- As the Senior Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization, your main focus will be to refine and enhance our website's construction and performance within the broader marketing technology framework
- You'll apply your expertise in data analysis, user behavior, and conversion optimization techniques to build a best-in-class web optimization program to optimize our website's performance and effectiveness
- Your role will involve close collaboration with product marketing, performance marketing, design and engineering teams
- Own and develop an ambitious and detailed website testing and personalization program
- Design and drive the technical requirements for site optimization and transformation via scalable web publishing, optimization and personalization
- Sit in the cockpit of our website CMS and implement changes to website and landing page layout and experiences
- Provide strategic thought leadership of website redesign optimizing for conversion
- Conduct multiple A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion, product adoption, and other important measures
- Define and own the critical metrics and reporting infrastructure for our logged out web experience
- Communicate testing plans and significant outcomes to audiences at all levels of the organization
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, including Performance Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Engineering and Product, to create a seamless first-touch → website → conversion funnel experience
