Who you are
- You are a consummate multitasker who knows how important it is to be organized and flexible at the same time

- As the connector between the SpyCloud Candidate and SpyCloud Employee experience, you are also a key member of the HR team
- 1+ years of recruiting coordinator, admin or HR experience
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, G Suite and Zoom

What the job involves
- This is a 3-month contract opportunity to play a key role in supporting SpyCloud’s ambitious growth trajectory for 2025. There is a strong possibility of being extended beyond 3 months
- SpyCloud is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis to join our fast growing recruiting team
- This role reports to our Manager of Recruiting, you will be the operational and administrative guru for the SpyCloud Recruiting team
- Schedule in-person and virtual interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers
- Own integrity and accuracy of data in Greenhouse for candidates and soon-to-be new hires
- Keep job postings current in Greenhouse and on third-party sites
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings, ensuring everyone has all debrief materials
- Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report
- Identify and implement opportunities to provide the best candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assist with other recruiting activities as needed such as reviewing resumes, sourcing, and being the champion for the SpyCloud Employee Referral program
- Partner with the HR Ops team to make new hire onboarding a delightful and seamless experience and delivering other fun, memorable employee events
Our take
Mainstream browsers are heavily monitored to help combat cybercrime, but these browsers are generally not used by digital criminals. The 'dark web' operates outside of the legal web, with criminals using such platforms to sell login details and other sensitive information.
SpyCloud provides a web plugin that monitors websites and forums on the dark web to inform companies of when sensitive data that matches their credentials is located. This allows companies to identify and take action upon a data breach before any harm can be done.
There are many fraud and cybercrime detection software companies on the market but SpyCloud's specialisation in monitoring the darkweb has carved it out a distinct niche. This has seen it attract an impressive client list of over 500 enterprises, as well as significant funding that supports further platform development.
