Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the advertising, marketing, or creative technology industry
- Strong understanding of the agency landscape and the challenges faced by creative teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- An enthusiastic self-starter, willing to learn, embrace new approaches, and work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
What the job involves
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients in the US. Due to the nature of this position, flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate different time zones and client schedules
- As an Partnerships Account Executive at Storyteq, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by selling our creative automation tech to agencies and building strong, long-term partnerships
- You will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, presenting our platform's value, and closing deals. Additionally, you will work closely with existing agency clients to ensure their satisfaction and maximise their use of our tech/services
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential agency clients through research, networking, and outreach
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our creative automation platform
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the agency clients and the company
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that enhance their creative processes
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Partnership Development:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key agency stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop co-marketing initiatives and joint projects with agency partners
- Represent Storyteq at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our platform and build brand awareness
- Market and Industry Insight:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and industry trends
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive growth and market penetration
