Who you are
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in marketing, a startup environment, advertising, entertainment, public relations, analytics, or tech

What the job involves
- Wpromote is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) that will play a key role in providing comprehensive support to four members of our Executive Leadership Team
- The EA will be responsible for anticipating the needs of those they support, think critically and creatively, and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- As an EA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of your executives’ day
- This is a temporary role with an expected contract duration of approximately five months
- Providing Executive Assistant support to four executives
- Proactively managing and maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
- Arranging travel both domestic & international travel
- Working closely with members of our management team and business partners
- Staying updated on executives’ priorities on a daily basis
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings with the Board, ensuring all logistics, materials, and communications are managed efficiently
- Communicating calendar changes to those affected in a timely manner
- Serving as the bridge of communication between executives and other departments within the organization
- Completing expense reports for executives
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Owning special projects; and continually exploring opportunities that add value to the organization
- Helping organize industry events, including event schedules, restaurant reservations, and verifying travel arrangements
- Assisting with company correspondence (i.e. company-wide emails, process office/employee requests and needs)
- A backup to an Office Manager at reception on as needed basis
