Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-4 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Understanding of user centered design principles, usability best practices, and common research methodologies
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and rationale effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
What the job involves
- Design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile products, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to define product requirements and deliver thoughtful solutions to user and business problems
- Own design workstreams from concept through execution, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate research insights, product requirements, and data into clear design recommendations
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across products
- Present design concepts, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Participate in design critiques and reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to continuously improve the user experience
- Advocate for users throughout the product development process and champion a user-centered approach to decision-making
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design
