Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services, or equivalent experience in a data-driven field
- Analytical approach with experience using tools and concepts such as Excel, A/B testing methodologies, and relational databases
- Experience developing marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation, and message testing
- Results-oriented approach with the curiosity, drive, and creativity to execute and iterate effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with SQL and/or HTML is a plus

- As a Senior Growth Engagement Manager you’ll drive the way we connect with customers to drive engagement across our products, connecting the right user to the right action
- You will focus on informing and implementing a strategic growth roadmap that introduces users to the right products and drives engagement across the entire user journey including onboarding, product adoption, engagement and retention
- You will work closely with teams across product, marketing, creative and data science to build campaigns, experiments and messaging that increase engagement with our products and services
- You bring a quantitative approach to prioritization and creative problem solving, and you use marketing technology and data to inform decisions and execution

- You will be supported by engineers, analysts, content strategists, brand marketers and product innovators as you work toward our common goal to help democratize our financial system!
- Own the strategy for lifecycle journeys and campaigns by identifying, sizing, and prioritizing opportunities to increase customer engagement
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Design, Data Science, and Content teams to develop personalized and compelling customer journeys
- Use customer segmentation and data analysis to uncover opportunities for targeted messaging and tailored customer experiences
- Generate data-driven hypotheses to improve marketing performance; design and implement A/B tests and apply statistical fundamentals (e.g., sample size, significance) to evaluate results
- Drive the creative development and iteration pipeline by applying insights from experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance
