Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field
- 2+ years of professional UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- Capable of crafting and delivering designs for a comprehensive product with complex workflows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases
- Possesses exceptional communication, listening, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
- Ad tech, e-commerce, or B2B experience a plus

What the job involves
- The Criteo Product Design department is composed of skilled teams of UX Designers, UI Designers, Researchers, and Writers
- As a UX Designer on the Retail Media team, you’ll help craft user experiences that enable brand marketers and retailers to set up and deliver relevant and insightful advertising experiences for their customers
- The UX Design role is pivotal in understanding how our retailer, brand, and agency users behave and how best to support them achieve their marketing goals
- Own and drive projects through the entire design process - from initial ideation and validation, to design execution, through to feature implementation into the product
- Ensure each project deliverable aligns with client needs, adheres to technical constraints, and delivers business results
- Work closely with UX Research and Product Marketing teams to coordinate and implement user research initiatives, ensuring that insights from user feedback inform product decisions
- Transform abstract ideas into tangible, valuable user experiences, to foster alignment among stakeholders and provide clear direction
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketing, commercial teams, and fellow product designers, fostering clear communication throughout all project stages
- Present design work to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale and value behind design decisions
- Provide detailed design artifacts (user flows, mockups, prototypes) and support to engineers in order to guide feature implementation, ensure UX consistency, and adherence to Criteo’s design vision and standards
- Contribute to product and design roadmap planning, ensuring that priorities are well-defined and closely aligned with the overarching business objectives
- Stay informed about developments in the digital advertising industry and emerging design trends to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive
