Who you are

This individual will be responsible for sourcing candidates across multiple platforms, while also exploring and implementing innovative sourcing strategies
5+ years of sourcing high quality talent, with a strong background in managing Greenhouse (ATS)
Proven experience in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage and build rapport
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry is a plus

What the job involves

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for finding high quality talent through traditional and creative methods
In addition to sourcing for our highest priority positions, the person in this role will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading our innovative strategic sourcing initiatives, and partner with Senior Recruiters on our Talent Nurture Program logistics to build and maintain opportunistic talent pipelines
This role will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition
Proactively source high quality talent through multiple platforms
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines across various roles and ensure timely follow-ups
Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers on innovative sourcing strategies (activate/operationalize/track)
Administer Greenhouse (ATS), ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and optimization
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews, working with both candidates and internal teams
Build and maintain relationships with prospects, providing a stellar positive candidate experience throughout the process
Support additional administrative tasks related to recruitment and talent acquisition as needed

Our take

Ceribell has created a cloud-based, AI-enabled electroencephalography (EEG) headset which helps diagnose seizures without the presence of an EEG technologist or specialist interpreter, allowing for faster diagnosis and better treatment.

Though founded back in 2014, Ceribell experienced a huge breakthrough in 2022 when its system was granted FDA clearance to help diagnose suspected seizures, which has led to a boost in venture capital investment.

The company has also gone on to receive the FDA’s Breakthrough Device Designation for its ability to diagnose delirium, or acute brain failure and was placed on the World's Most Innovative COmpanies List 2023 by the Fast Company. Ceribell has no plans on stopping there though, and intends to grow its team rapidly in a bid to expand its tech capabilities for a range of other neurological conditions.
