What the job involves
- DoorLoop is hiring an Office Manager & PA to join our A team. As our Office Manager & PA, you will oversee all aspects of office operations, ensure employee satisfaction and engagement by coordinating a variety of events and activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace, support the CEO and COO to enhance their productivity, and help cultivate a vibrant, employee-first environment
- You’ll also play a pivotal role as the face of DoorLoop, warmly welcoming visitors, candidates, and suppliers to ensure their experience is exceptional
- This role will be based in our office in Miami beach
- This role will report to the Global Employee Experience Manager
- This role is expected to be in the office 5 days per week
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and supplies to avoid interruptions in service
- Anticipate and resolve facilities issues, ensuring they are addressed within one day
- Manage complex schedules for the CEO and COO, maintaining 99% calendar accuracy
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, prioritizing and streamlining communications
- Create a positive office culture by understanding and addressing employee needs and promoting inclusivity
- Welcome candidates, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience
- Partner with HR and other departments to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
- Plan and execute company events, ensuring high satisfaction and alignment with company goals
- Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and events with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain budgets and meet deadlines for all events and logistics
- You will work directly with our co-founders and will receive training on all tasks
- This position is one with many responsibilities that will continually change as we continue to grow. The most important part is that you learn as much as you can from others around you, and help improve the company in any way possible

Thanks to a push for innovation in the real estate sector, property management software has developed into quite a crowded market. DoorLoop is a relatively new entrant competing against long-time players like AppFolio, RealPage, and Yardi. It’s what makes DoorLoop’s rapid growth quite so remarkable - the software has been taken up by tens of thousands of customers worldwide since its public launch in 2021.
Compared to DoorLoop, older incumbents are failing to meet the kind of onboarding efficiency that customers expect, as well as providing fewer integrations and a lower standard of customer service. DoorLoop's flexibility and responsiveness in particular has been well-received by its customers.
Currently targeting the mid-sized property management market of customers who manage up to 10,000 units, DoorLoop is hoping to boost its brand recognition to lure larger customers away from its rivals. Its latest round of funding will support the growth of its team and expand its R&D operations.
