Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Aibidia

• You have worked in client-facing roles that also involved large multinational enterprises
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You are comfortable speaking with stakeholders at all levels, from Chief Financial Officers to Heads of Tax and Transfer Pricing Managers

• Aibidia is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to empower and enable our enterprise customers to achieve their goals through our solutions
• You will be an integral part of Aibidia’s Growth team that works as part of the wider Revenue team, including Sales and Marketing

• Be the primary point of contact for customers within your Book of Business, guiding and assisting them throughout their journey with Aibidia, turning them into loyal Aibidia fans for life
• Lead Aibidia’s onboarding and implementations with new customers by defining steps, milestones, and success criteria. Liaise with multiple stakeholders, delivering delightful experiences, and nurturing champions of our products
• Resolve challenges by analyzing issues and assisting the client in determining the most appropriate course of action
• Own net retention for your customer base, including creating and maintaining an opportunity pipeline, overseeing and managing renewals, and driving adoption and growth. You will also be responsible for achieving a net revenue retention target
• Take responsibility for consistent account-specific activities, such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual face-to-face meetings
• Consider yourself internally as the ‘voice of your customer’, sharing their feedback and advocating for their requirements
• Partner closely with our Transfer Pricing Experts, Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience, provide customer testimonials, and drive growth
• Scale adoption by introducing innovative ideas, processes, tools, or materials that can improve your and other’s day-to-day activities. Your voice will be heard!
• Use data-driven approaches to identify risks and opportunities across your customer base, proactively communicating and addressing them, minimizing churn risks
