Solutions Consultant, Feefo

• We are excited to offer an entry-level Solutions Consultant position, where you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Customer Success initiatives at Feefo
• In this role, you will collaborate with customers throughout the pre-sales cycle to discover and enhance their business operations and customer experience journeys
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the Feefo platform, leveraging this knowledge to identify, develop, and communicate best practice solutions for both prospective and existing clients
• Primarily engage with small to mid-market clients, setting achievable expectations from the outset to deliver a ‘best-in-class’ solution that fosters client advocacy and retention
• Prepare resources for client demos, deliver engaging product presentations, and respond to inquiries from customers as well as our sales and customer success teams
• Collaborate in discovery meetings to identify and understand the specific needs of prospects, enabling tailored presentations and demos
• Facilitate technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of integration requirements for the Feefo platform
• Develop a strong grasp of client objectives to recommend the most suitable Feefo products and services
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to communicate prospect feedback and requirements, ensuring a complete feedback loop
• Establish yourself as a key resource for product knowledge throughout the organization
