Role
Who you are
- Product Management experience, with a track record of shipping B2B SaaS or fintech experiences
- Deep experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and engineering
- Passion for user-centric design and data-driven product improvement
- Proven ability to drive adoption, engagement, and retention metrics in enterprise environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable
- Experience building developer platforms, APIs, or financial services products
- Background in payments, enterprise fintech, or customer onboarding/KYC
- Familiarity working with enterprise clients and understanding complex workflows
What the job involves
- As Product Lead, Experience Platform, you’ll own the end-to-end experience for our enterprise customers and their users
- You’ll transform complex blockchain operations into seamless, intuitive journeys—whether through beautiful dashboards, frictionless integrations, or powerful developer tools
- You’ll be a key driver of customer adoption, engagement, and long-term success
- Design the Future: Define and deliver the vision for customer-facing experiences across all touchpoints—onboarding, dashboards, integrations, and more
- Champion the User: Make stablecoin and tokenized asset operations simple and delightful, driving adoption and retention through outstanding UX
- Build for Developers: Lead the creation of best-in-class developer tools, SDKs, and documentation that make it easy for enterprises to integrate with Paxos
- Scale B2B Experiences: Evolve our self-service dashboards and B2B UI for customers who want flexibility without code
- Partner for Success: Work closely with commercial, support, and customer success teams to gather insights and turn them into product improvements
- Optimize Journeys: Continuously improve customer flows for payments, conversions, and asset management—across all enterprise segments

Paxos develops regulation-compliant infrastructure services for companies looking to add features like crypto brokerages or branded stablecoins to their customer offerings. Its focus on regulatory compliance, and its status as one of only three national trusts born in the crypto ecosystem, gives it an edge in building a unique and global network of enterprise customers.
Cryptocurrency remains a risky sector, so a company at the forefront of crypto regulation is proving highly attractive to a growing sector of enterprises tentatively dipping their toes in. It is pushing ahead of competitors as one of the largest crypto/blockchain startups with substantial funding and an impressive valuation.
Its growth has been backed up by material results, too. It has established relationships with firms like Bank of America, Credit Suisse and Mastercard. PayPal also leverages Paxos on its backend to enable its users to buy, sell and hold crypto.
