- Are you a B2B marketing professional with experience in HealthTech, Life Sciences, or SaaS, with a proven track record in driving demand, digital campaigns, and leading high-performing teams?

- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in HealthTech, LifeScience, or MedTech with SaaS marketing experience considered a strong plus
- Proven ability to lead and build teams in high-growth environments (startup, scale-up, or new segment in an established business)
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
- Data-driven, curious, and comfortable working in an agile environment, where data-driven, fail fast, learn, scale is part of the core team methodology
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
- Domain knowledge in medical imaging is desired
- Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Swedish, Spanish, or French are a plus
What the job involves
- Collective Minds is looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager to drive our global marketing strategy and accelerate growth
- We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Marketing Manager to define, execute, and scale our global commercial marketing function
- You will lead demand generation, drive revenue growth, and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams
- This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution—you will be building and coaching a high-performing marketing team while directly contributing to the marketing work that generates measurable impact
- The Commercial Marketing Manager will work next to the Sales Manager, SDR manager and the Customer Operations Manager and report to the Chief Commercial Officer

- Demand Generation & Growth: Drive and achieve the company Growth targets for all marketing driven channels. Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, events, and partnerships. Align with sales to support pipeline creation, inbound leads, and revenue growth
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a global growth marketing strategy that drives scalable results. Be a Collective Minds ambassador in front of customers and our teams
- Team Building: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing, data-driven marketing team
- Brand & Positioning: Position our platform clearly and impactfully in the market and develop compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to diverse audiences, including Hospitals & Academia, MedTech & BioTech, Contract Research Organizations and collaborative research consortias
- Product & Content Marketing: Translate complex technical features into compelling, customer-centric stories and marketing assets. Gather and apply market insights to refine positioning and campaign strategies
- Marketing Operations: Establish scalable processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to optimize performance and decision-making in collaboration with the commercial ops function
- You’ll work with a team that blends science, technology, and collaboration to create real-world impact
- You’ll play a key role in scaling an international company during a high-growth phase and lead a marketing function that directly contributes to global innovation in Life Science and HealthTech

The global healthcare crisis of recent years has underscored the importance of international healthcare collaboration. Collective Minds Radiology is an organisation applying this principle to medical imaging. Its service currently connects over 14,000 radiologists and hundreds of hospitals to collaborate on collective diagnosis, healthcare development, and digital education.
The company has seen increasing interest from the Danish market over recent years, and have launched a presence in Denmark. Otherwise, this healthcare collaboration tool flies relatively under the radar - and with good reason. The sharing of medical images required tight adherence to privacy regulations, which are particularly strict in the healthcare sector.
Part of Collective Mind’s interesting exploratory work is in the field of using AI for diagnostics purposes. This is still relatively new territory, and brings with it a justifiable amount of caution.
