Senior Corporate Counsel, CoreWeave

• J.D. degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York, New Jersey, or Washington D.C. preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant corporate experience, with a strong focus on public company governance, domestic and foreign entity management, corporate transactions, and securities
• Prior in-house experience at a high-growth tech startup or publicly traded company, with foundational training at a top law firm
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple, complex legal projects and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Expertise in corporate structuring, and entity management, including international governance and intercompany agreements
• Experience supporting public company board governance, public company disclosure, and corporate compliance programs
• Skilled at balancing legal risk with business priorities and managing outside counsel efficiently
