Role
Who you are
- BS in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years of experience, MS preferred
- Deep programming expertise in a high-level programming language such as C#, C++, or Java
- Full stack development experience across frontend and backend web and cloud systems
- Database experience with MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
- Strong application programming skills in C# and JavaScript
- Team player mindset with a strong sense of shared ownership
- Adaptability within fast-moving and evolving environments
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning
- Proactive problem-solving skills and thoughtful engineering practices
- Commitment to code quality and testing standards
- Ability to work independently while communicating progress clearly

Desirable
- WPF / C#.NET experience
- Experience with C# .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lit (or equivalent frameworks)
- Clinical programming experience with HL7 or DICOM

- Cybersecurity and software risk management experience
What the job involves
- In this role you will help advance the development of our ChartCheck application, improving the safety, efficiency, and quality of cancer treatment planning workflows for clinics around the world
- You will work closely with fully remote engineering teams to design, build, and maintain both frontend and backend systems while contributing to new product development initiatives for cancer centers. Your software development and leadership skills will play an integral role in shaping scalable and impactful solutions for radiation oncology clinics
- Develop and maintain full stack functionality for the ChartCheck application across frontend and backend systems
- Design and implement scalable web and cloud-based software solutions using C# and JavaScript technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative software products for cancer treatment centers
- Participate in thoughtful code reviews and contribute to maintaining high software quality standards
- Track and manage development work clearly and independently through tickets and project workflows
- Support teammates through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentorship
- Contribute to secure and compliant software development practices within healthcare environments
