Who you are

- You have a relevant degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent experience
- You have 3+ years of experience in Test Automation (JavaScript or similar)
- You can set up, design, and implement test automation suites and advise the team on tooling

- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
What the job involves
- As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be playing a key role in our Software team, assuring the quality of our software
- You will be responsible for our testing strategy and implementing test automation solutions
- Perform functional, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (automated and manual). Focus on our mobile application
- Define end-to-end test scenarios and data mappings using development documentation and requirements
- Support existing automated test suits and create new test cases
- Create and execute manual and automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages
- Maintain the test result documentation to assist our development team in debugging and modification of software and systems
- Report bugs that occur during the process and suggest improvements
- Participate in refinements and discussions of the new features together with embedded and App and Cloud teams
- Develop tests in Typescript using Jest and Supertest frameworks on a daily basis
- Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!

Identifying a significant gap in the market, Quatt aims to address the needs of approximately 7.5M homes in the Netherlands lacking a heat pump system. With 2024 funding secured, the company is poised to embark on an ambitious journey, aiming to introduce its solution to a million households by 2030, making significant strides towards a more sustainable future.
