Who you are
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, graduating in 2027
- Analytical curiosity: Ability to work with performance metrics and basic data sets, help build clear reports or dashboards, and contribute to actionable insights with guidance from the team
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in academic, work, or extracurricular settings
- Clear communication and collaboration: Comfortable working with peers and cross-functional teammates, sharing progress updates, asking thoughtful questions, and incorporating feedback
- Proactive, execution-oriented mindset: Willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environment — identifying inefficiencies, suggesting improvements, and following through on tasks
- Interest in music or entertainment is a plus, but not required; we value curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn in a startup setting

- We’re looking for a high-impact undergraduate intern to join us for Summer 2026
- As part of the Duetti team, you’ll work with leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives that will shape the next phase of our growth
- This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of fintech, music, and technology in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Support cross-functional strategic projects across business development, operations, product, and finance
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate directly with functional leads to achieve strategic milestones
Our take
The independent music market has been on a steady rise for several years now, but it can still be incredibly difficult for indie artists to monetise their work. Step in Duetti, a company supplying a way for smaller artists to sell their catalogues, individual tracks, or even parts of tracks - an opportunity traditionally reserved for A-list artists.
The idea behind the platform is simple, with Duetti supplying cash payment in return for as many masters as an artist would like to sell. Already serving upwards of 250 artists, and with $200 million awarded in early 2026, it plans to develop its tech infrastructure, market presence and services.
