Who you are

- Strong proficiency in Python, Snowflake, and Tableau
- Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and probability distributions
- Experience working with machine learning tools and algorithms
- Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business or product insights
- Hands-on experience building robust, flexible data pipelines in production environments
- Experience integrating data across multiple systems and data sources, including APIs and external platforms
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, data, and quality/validation contexts
- Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance in ambiguous, research-heavy environments
Desirable
- Experience with AI/LLM evaluation frameworks or tooling (e.g., HealthBench, Label Studio, or similar platforms)
- Prior work on AI safety, validation, or evaluation methodologies, particularly in regulated or high-risk domains (e.g., healthcare)
- Experience designing or evaluating LLM-based systems, including automated evaluation approaches (e.g., LLM-as-Judge)
- Background in health AI, clinical data, or healthcare analytics
- Experience taking AI or data science research concepts and successfully productionizing them
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including influencing technical and non-technical audiences

(CGO)Alongside Modus Create, Kevin is a Visiting Lecturer of Marketing/Management at the University of Washington. Previously, he spent nearly 12 years at Slalom, holding various roles, including Executive Lead of Slalom AI.

(CCO)Prior to joining Modus Create in 20245, Jon spent nearly 15 years at Slalom. He joined Slalom in 2010 as a Practice Area Director before moving into the Role of Managing Director in 2019, a role he held until leaving the company in 2025.
