  • Prior proven experience in marketing, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within B2B tech or SaaS companies
  • Prior experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies that introduce innovative solutions, positioning the brand as a leader in emerging categories

  • Deep experience with digital marketing, content strategy, marketing automation, and leveraging data to drive decisions

What the job involves

  • We're looking for an incredible Marketing Leader
  • This role will run Marketing, report to our CEO, take the reins of our marketing strategy, and propel Stensul’s growth
  • In this leadership role, you’ll work alongside our executive team to shape and execute a strategy that builds our brand awareness, drives demand, and establishes Stensul as the #1 marketing creation platform
  • You'll play a pivotal role in defining our messaging, spearheading product launches, and leading a high-performing team passionate about driving market leadership
  • Develop and implement a bold marketing strategy that accelerates growth, solidifies our leadership in marketing creation solutions, and propels us into new markets
  • Oversee creative, brand positioning, and messaging initiatives that elevate Stensul’s identity in the industry
  • Dive deep into market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, translating them into actionable strategies that keep us ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with product teams to launch impactful products and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and demand
  • Build a Winning Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a top-tier marketing team, creating an environment of growth, creativity, and collaboration
  • Partner with leadership as a member of the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring we all share in Stensul’s success
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and use data to refine strategies and improve the impact of marketing campaigns

Our take

Creating high-performance marketing emails can be time consuming for internal teams, who often have to rely on engineering and product teams for support. The founders of Stensul noted the number of tools available to businesses to support email delivery, but saw this gap for helping with creation.

Considering the importance of email in the world of marketing, every company in the world is a potential client for Stensul, and it has already worked with enterprise brands including YouTube, Samsung, Verizon Media, BMW, and Capital One. Despite competition from larger email marketing services such as MailChimp and Moosend, the company has secured substantial backing which enabled it to expand operations throughout the last few years.

Most lately, Stensul has focussed on improving its functionality, with the largest change being the addition of a landing page builder to its platform. This capability is now treated as a core part of the company's offering, and should help it expand its roster of clientele. In addition, it has added generative AI features with the aim to "improve creation efficiency" for its users, another step to ensure it stays at the front of the market.
