• Empathy for customer pain points and eagerness to understand complex business workflows
• A pragmatic design approach, where the ability to pivot and trade-off objectives is necessary to ship fast and well

• Working closely with product and engineering in defining and optimizing the design and development process
• A level of flexibility and ambiguity in relation to the stage of our startup

• 1. An initial 30-minute intro call with one of the founders
• 2. A 60-minute call with the founder you are going to work the closest to go through your experience and (when applicable, a case study)
• 3. A 30-minute call with two product engineers who you would be collaborating the closest with
• 4. A final 45-minute values interview with another founder
• 5. Offer Stage (+ at least two references)
