Who you are

6+ years experience with Javascript and with one of the major Javascript MVC frameworks (React, Angular, etc)
Knowledge of and hands-on experience with micro front-end architectures
Expert skills in TypeScript, SASS, CSS
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as analytical skills
Prior experience in authentication, identity, single sign-on, security a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

What the job involves

Develop code and architectural standards for UI development at Okta, and ensure we have the appropriate tooling to facilitate rapid development and testing
Implmenting tooling and test infrastructure to enable teams to create testable and hight-quality UIs
Collaborate closely with the architecture team to define Okta’s front-end architecture. Provide supporting materials such as documentation, architecture diagrams, and code samples to guide application teams
Regularly evaluating the quality of the product and code you create to continually enhance your technical skills and expand
