What the job involves

As a Sales Development Representative, you will research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads
Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections
Research, document and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce
Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
Bring enthusiasm and energy to work
Other duties as needed
