Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with expertise in web analytics, conversion rate optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field)
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, and user experience, with a proven track record of increasing website traffic and conversions
- Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker) and CRO techniques
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content, social, email, paid advertising)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative digital strategies
- Experience with A/B testing, user journey mapping, and user experience optimization
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly creative, innovative, and results-oriented
- Experience working with SaaS companies who target developers and technical audience is a big plus
What the job involves
- We're seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Director of Web Marketing to lead our B2B digital strategy
- This role will drive website traffic, enhance user engagement, and maximize conversions through innovative digital initiatives and a focus on PLG and e-commerce practices
- Drive Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), Looker and others to assess performance, set KPIs, and deliver actionable insights for continuous optimization
- Optimize Web Experience: Lead website and digital platform optimization, ensuring a user-friendly experience that maximizes conversions and customer satisfaction
- Develop & Execute Digital Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive digital strategies targeting our ICP and key personas to increase traffic and engagement
- Maximize Conversion Rates (CRO): Implement A/B testing, personalization, and user journey mapping to optimize conversion rates
- Enhance SEO & Content: Collaborate with SEO and content teams to improve organic search performance and align content with digital marketing goals
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive projects from conception to completion, aligning with executive and stakeholder objectives, and fostering collaboration across marketing, product, and sales teams
- Innovate & Stay Current: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital strategy
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small agile team, fostering collaboration and driving high performance
- This position may involve occasional travel to support key initiatives or collaborate with team members, as required by your role or requested by your manager
- This position will require you to be available during core business hours working on West Coast time zone, with flexibility to meet with Global colleagues across Central, East Coast, as well as Europe and Asia Pacific
