Senior Director of Sales, Emburse

• 5+ years’ sales management experience, 5+ years’ overall sales experience
• Certifications Required: None
• Proven track record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment (preferably SaaS)
• Ability to communicate and convey the value proposition of a complex software platform viaphone and online demos as well as in-person meetings
• Experience utilizing an enterprise level CRM (preferably salesforce.com) to monitor and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales activities of the team
• Success in a past leadership role required to include ongoing development of individual team members through training, mentoring and overall performance management
• Creative thinker with an eye toward keeping a large team of sales representatives motivated and passionate about their work
• Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully​

Desirable
