- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent and at least 5 years of professional experience in iOS development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit, with a strong understanding of MVVM or VIPER architecture
- Passion for writing clean, SOLID, secure, and maintainable code
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git and Swift Package Manager
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts

- You understand that great engineering goes beyond coding—it’s about deeply understanding customer needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions
- Advocate for modern iOS standards, best practices, and high-quality software craftsmanship
- Architect, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and the latest Apple APIs
- Drive proactive improvements, including automation, continuous integration, performance optimization, and scalability enhancements
- Engage actively in architectural discussions, proposing practical solutions that balance innovation, maintainability, and efficiency
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership, helping to raise the team's standards and capabilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to define and deliver outstanding user experiences
- Continuously improve code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to Clean Code principles
- Proactively identify and address technical debt to enhance the codebase
Our take
Consistent communication between frontline and office workforces is essential for an enterprise to thrive, and digital tools and platforms are often used to make this happen. However, when attempting to provide tools for communication, task management, onboarding and more, software stacks quickly become convoluted, fragmented, and frustrating.
Speakap develops a digital workplace for frontline and office workers to collaborate on, particularly focussing on integrating all essential tools within the same place in the form of a social media platform. The platform provides features for many scenarios such as task management, scheduling and onboarding, but also facilitates integration with existing tools such as Salesforce, Office 365 and Workday.
Whilst the concept of creating a digital workplace to increase communication and engagement within enterprise workforces is nothing new, Speakap has taken a unique stance by focussing on accessibility. By combining the social media presentation of the platform with the all-in-one toolkit and external tool integration, the company has provided an end-to-end SaaS which ensures all scenarios can be handled within the same place, by any employee.
