Who you are
- We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who is well versed in HubSpot, can own documenting the sales process, and is a reporting and dashboard wizard
- The ideal candidate will be able to make sense of different datasets for functional reporting and help create order in a fast moving, fast changing environment
- This person will need to be highly organized, self motivated, and driven to create repeatability in process and data capture
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot with 3+ years acting as HubSpot admin for a sales org and building out features, functions, and reports
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, G-Suite a plus
- Proven experience analyzing sales data, ensuring data accuracy, and building reports that drive actionable insights and decision-making
- Experience supporting enterprise sales efforts
- Experience supporting local/field sales efforts
What the job involves
- Develop and refine processes and operations across all commercial functions, optimizing them as we grow
- Ensure teams comply with the use of essential tools such as HubSpot CRM, JIRA, and others
- Act as the HubSpot expert, providing coaching, documentation, and support to team members as needed
- Create and maintain high-quality reporting, ensuring it meets stakeholder needs.This role will always be looking for ways to tell stories with data continuously improve our reporting capabilities
- Ensure we have the right toolset to support our team and vet additions to ensure they will move the sales effort forward practically and affordably
- Bring a high-level understanding of legal and risk implications to flag potential issues
- Ensure processes are in place to funnel key learnings to product and engineering teams and act as a liaison between sales and product when new capabilities are needed.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., finance on remittance and compensation, HR on hiring) to ensure we are aligned on costs, revenues, and progress as needed.
Our take
As the world moves to become more sustainable, issues such as global food waste are increasingly apparent. Food waste is not only a travesty because of world hunger but also because of the devastating greenhouse gas emissions caused as a result.
Flashfood considered how they could tackle this issue. The mobile marketplace provides customers with access to discounted food nearing its best-by date and salvaging food that can be used to help feed those in need or those who are unable to afford fresh and healthy food. The app allows users to browse through available deals at participating stores near them. Customers can also purchase items directly in the app and pick up orders from the Flashfood zone in their participating store.
The company has numerous partners across Canada and the United States, and has saved shoppers millions on their grocery bills, as well as removing gargantuan amounts of product from the waste cycle. Indeed, its collaboration with food solutions company SpartanNash alone has saved families $1.9 million, and diverted one million pounds of food waste. Flashfood continues to develop its strategic partnerships and further its expansion, on the back on earning the number one spot in the Social Good Category on the 2023 Fast Company's list of the most innovative companies.
