Senior Engineer, Habito

• You must have multiple years of commercial experience writing and deploying Haskell code in a production environment
• You have multiple years of experience using PostgreSQL, ideally in an event sourced environment. We may consider experience with other SQL based RDBMS
• You've worked on the full stack of a software product, writing front end code in React/TypeScript
• You have experience containerising microservices, deploying them to a Kubernetes cluster and managing the platform

Desirable

• Building new application features, from requirements gathering with stakeholders, to development, to deploying to production
• Working both independently and as part of a team with the other engineers to deliver projects
• Sharing knowledge with, and mentoring other engineers, following a mantra of, "strong opinions, weakly held"
• Taking turns to run sprint ceremonies such as planning, refining and retro
• Taking part in PR reviews and championing code quality
• Day to day maintenance and support of our systems, including being on the in hours support rota
