Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple events, ensure seamless execution, and improve event outcomes through detailed post-event analysis
- Experience in event management, with a proven track record of successful event execution
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of overseeing multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with both internal and external teams
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve under pressure during events
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Travel and weekends are required if there are any events out of state
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic Event Manager to lead the strategic planning, promotion, and execution of events for HealthBird and MedPass products to elevate brand engagement and drive results
- This role involves overseeing all aspects of event management
- Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of high-impact events
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and success
- Oversee on-site event management, ensuring all aspects run smoothly
- Analyze event performance, including metrics such as attendance, engagement, and ROI, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective yet high-quality outcomes
