Many companies today face a skills shortage, and struggle to find and manage talent for their critical business projects. Worksome solves that problem by giving medium- to large-scale businesses access to an impressive network of skilled independent consultants and specialists.
Worksome owes much of its success to its ability to compete with more traditional Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Compared to these established analogue providers, Worksome offers faster, simpler and more fluid solutions.
Worksome does, however, face stiff competition from companies such as Fiverr and Malt, which leverage similar tech tools. The platform's continued success will rely in part on its ability to hold onto top talent, and to further develop its technology.
