What the job involves
- The Director, Engagement and Belonging is responsible for measuring and improving candidate/employee engagement and sense of belonging within EverCommerce
- Design and implement a comprehensive employee listening strategy, including:
- Collaborate with leaders to establish engagement goals
- Identifying crucial moments in the candidate and employee experience to measure and improve
- Tap into relevant data sources
- Leverage Culture Amp platform and dashboards
- Lead effective and meaningful action planning processes across the organization
- Manage engagement cycle surveys and employment lifecycle surveys
- Partner with People Insights team to harness our people data
- Create and implement a plan to increase a sense of belonging in our ‘remote-first’ environment, including:
- Supporting our four Employee Resource Groups (ERG)s as they carry out their mission and objectives
- Auditing the employee lifecycle to identify and improve opportunities to create a community of belonging
- Create a initiatives for enhancing connection for virtual teams, in line with our values
- Collaborate with our Corporate Communications team to align our brand, messaging, activities and events
- Define and establish an Employer Value Proposition (EVP), in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, Total Rewards, and company leadership
