What the job involves
- As a Working Student in our Key Account Management (KAM) team at AGICAP, you will contribute to the success and growth of our customer relationships
- You will play a key role in supporting the team by ensuring the smooth flow of client data and insights, helping us maintain strong connections with our clients
- Your involvement will enable the KAM team to operate efficiently and scale effectively as we continue to grow
- You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various stakeholders and contribute to enhancing team processes, workflows, and overall client engagement
- As part of a dynamic team, you will gain hands-on experience in account management while developing a deep understanding of how our solutions impact our clients’ success
- Contribute to improving team workflows and processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions, making day-to-day operations run more smoothly
- Assist with generating reports on client health and engagement, providing the KAM team with insights that help them focus on high-priority tasks
- Take ownership of maintaining and improving the accuracy of client data in our CRM
- Lead a key project to ensure up-to-date, clean client profiles, helping the team scale effectively
- Support with client inquiries, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner
Our take
Managing cash flow is essential for the financial health of a company, yet existing management methods are laborious. Many companies rely on manual data entry into spreadsheets and analysis, and this can result in missing key optimization opportunities and expensive errors.
Agicap provides a cash flow management platform, allowing businesses to integrate their cash flow data directly into its platform to automate cash flow visualization and analytics. The company also employs cash management specialists that assist clients in setting up a seamless cash flow management system, in addition to providing security advice to make sure that regulations are met and that data is encrypted.
Whilst the company does face competition from other automated cash flow management platforms, Agicap has demonstrated a cutting edge by providing clients with human cash flow advisors, preventing them from relying solely on software. Through this approach, the company ensures that its clients can set up a reliable and optimized cash flow management system, saving them from manual data entry time and expensive cashflow oversights. 2024 funding is being used to strengthen its leading position in Europe and expand out into new territories.
